This policy explains what information Syed Rayyan ("I", "me", this site) collects and how it is used. Last updated: October 27, 2026.

Who is responsible

This site is run by Syed Rayyan. For any privacy question or request, email contact@syedrayyan.com.

What I collect

Standard server data. When you visit, the company that hosts this site receives technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you request. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
No analytics or tracking. This site does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Emails you send me. If you contact me, I keep your message and address so I can reply.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies. The only thing it stores is your light/dark theme choice, saved in your browser's local storage on your own device if you use the theme button. It is never sent to me or anyone else.

Advertising and affiliate links

This site currently has no ads and no affiliate links, so no advertising or affiliate company receives data about your visit. If I add either in future, I will update this policy before they go live and say so on the affected pages.

Links to other sites

Guides link to sources such as the USA Pickleball website and independent reviewers. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and I am not responsible for them.

How long I keep data

Emails you send me are kept for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of corrections, then deleted on request. Hosting and analytics providers keep their own logs under their own policies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask me what personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, and ask me to stop using it. Depending on where you live (for example, California, other US states, the UK/EU or Australia), you may have additional legal rights. I don't sell personal information. Email contact@syedrayyan.com and I will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

If I change how the site handles data, I will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes, such as adding ads or analytics, will be reflected here before they take effect.
